AutoTradix is a software platform that allows users to configure and automate the submission of order instructions to a third-party broker based on rules the user selects, such as a grid trading strategy. AutoTradix is not a broker-dealer, bank, financial institution, money manager, investment adviser, fiduciary, or custodian, and it does not hold customer funds or securities. AutoTradix does not recommend securities, exchange traded funds, options, strategies, position sizes, grid spacing, stop levels, entries, exits, or any other trading decision.

User-Controlled Decisions

You alone choose whether to use the platform, which broker to connect, which stock, ETF, option, or other instrument to trade, whether to use a grid strategy, and what parameters to enter. You are solely responsible for verifying symbol selection, order sizing, grid levels, risk limits, stop conditions, and all other strategy settings before enabling automation. All order instructions submitted through the platform are based on your inputs, and you remain solely responsible for monitoring your brokerage account and market exposure.

No Advice or Recommendations

All content, examples, educational materials, strategy descriptions, and platform features are provided for informational and technical purposes only. Nothing on the platform should be construed as investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice; a solicitation; a recommendation; or a representation that any strategy is suitable, profitable, prudent, or compliant with your circumstances. Third-Party Broker and Infrastructure Risks

AutoTradix depends on third-party brokers, market data providers, internet connectivity, cloud infrastructure, APIs, exchanges, and other external systems that are outside its control. Delays, outages, rejected orders, partial fills, duplicate submissions, stale data, connectivity failures, broker-side restrictions, trading halts, market volatility, and other operational issues may cause trades not to occur as expected or to occur at unfavorable prices. AutoTradix does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful submission, acceptance, cancellation, modification, routing, execution, or timing of any order.

No Liability for Trading or Platform Losses

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoTradix and its owners, officers, affiliates, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents are not liable for any loss, damage, claim, cost, or expense arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including trading losses, missed opportunities, lost profits, account drawdowns, tax consequences, penalties, data loss, cybersecurity incidents, service interruptions, software defects, API failures, broker errors, or unauthorized access to your account.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is," "as available," and with all faults, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or suitability for trading or automation. AutoTradix does not warrant that the platform will be error free, secure, continuously available, or compatible with any broker, instrument, account type, or trading objective.

Assumption of Risk and Indemnification

You knowingly assume all risks associated with automated trading, order submission, and use of grid strategies or any other strategies you configure. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AutoTradix and its owners, officers, affiliates, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents from and against any claims, actions, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, penalties, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your account, your orders, your strategy settings, your violation of law or third-party terms, or your use or misuse of the platform.
