Risk Disclosure
General Trading Risk
All trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You can lose some or all of your invested capital, and losses may exceed expectations because of volatility, liquidity conditions, news events, market gaps, leverage, assignment, or execution quality. AutoTradix does not guarantee profits, outcomes, capital preservation, or suitability of any strategy.
Grid Strategy Risk
Grid trading can increase exposure as prices move against your position, can repeatedly add or reduce positions in volatile conditions, and can perform poorly in trending or gapping markets. Poorly selected grid spacing, size, or stop rules may cause rapid losses, concentration, overtrading, margin calls, assignment risk, or unintended portfolio exposure. You are solely responsible for determining whether any grid strategy is appropriate for your account and objectives.
Order Submission and Automation Risk
Automated order handling depends on software, connectivity, market hours, broker APIs, exchange systems, and the accuracy of your own inputs. Errors, latency, outages, synchronization problems, stale data, duplicate events, misconfiguration, rejected orders, partial fills, or failed cancellations can result in unintended orders, missed trades, or execution at worse prices than expected. Orders submitted before a pause, disconnect, or emergency action may still be routed or executed by your broker.
Broker, Market, and Third-Party Risk
Your broker and other third parties may impose trading restrictions, reject instructions, alter order handling, experience outages, or provide inaccurate or delayed information. AutoTradix does not control your broker, exchange rules, routing decisions, or execution quality. You remain responsible for understanding your broker's terms, trading rules, risk disclosures, and account limitations.
Options and Derivatives Risk
If you automate options or other derivatives, additional risks may apply, including leverage, assignment, exercise risk, early exercise, expiration risk, complex pricing, and rapid loss. Read all broker and regulatory disclosures for the instruments you use and ensure you fully understand them before enabling automation.
